Natalie 'Tally' Nourigat is a sequential artist living in Portland, Oregon.

Tally graduated from the University of Oregon's Clark Honors College in 2010. She has been published by Image Comics and has collaborated with many talented creators, including Jamie S. Rich and Sara Ryan. She is the creator of Between Gears ([link]), coming out in book from from Image Comics in 2012, and Over the Surface.

Just picked up "Between Gears",Great read/art, it reminds me of college. I am interested in the brand/name of the mechanical pencil you seem to favor; it looks similar to a papermate phd. It may be some thing that would make drawing less troublesome due to a hand injury.

Thanks a lot!

My preferred pencil is indeed the papermate phd (actually, what I have at this moment is a knock-off of it because the shop I was in last time I needed a new pencil didn't have the real thing). I fatigue my hand easily, and try to reduce that by using fat tools or taping skinny tools until they are thicker.
